Boldmere School PTA – Christmas Fair

Our Festive Headliner – The Boldmere PTA Christmas Fair

boldmere pta christmas fair

Our Christmas Fair is one of the most magical events in the school calendar – a cosy, festive afternoon packed with fun, treats and activities for the whole family.

Join us for an after-school celebration filled with music, lights and plenty of Christmas cheer.

What to Expect

The fair will be held on school premises and will include a mix of indoor and outdoor activities (weather permitting). Families can enjoy:

  • Festive stalls with food, drinks and treats
  • Games and lucky dips for children of all ages
  • Craft and activity tables where children can make something to take home
  • Christmas gifts and stocking fillers at pocket-money prices
  • Raffles and tombola-style stalls with prizes to be won
  • A warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere where children can wander round with their grown-ups and soak up the festive fun

Everything is designed to be child-friendly, safe and welcoming, with PTA volunteers and school staff on hand throughout.

Santa’s Grotto at the Fair 🎅

As part of the Christmas Fair, we’re also running a Santa’s Grotto, where children can meet Father Christmas and receive a small gift.

👉 Please note:
Santa’s Grotto is booked separately to the main Christmas Fair.

  • Entry to the fair is open to all families
  • Grotto slots must be pre-booked in advance (limited availability)

You can book your Grotto visit via: https://www.pta-events.co.uk/boldmere/.

A Safe, Fun Event on School Grounds

Children will not be taken directly from classrooms to the Christmas Fair. All children must be collected at the end of the school day by a parent or carer, and then brought to the fair by an adult family member.

Children will remain on school premises for the entire event, and we’ll have clear signage, stewarding and staffed stalls to help everything run smoothly.

We want the Christmas Fair to feel exciting and magical, but also calm and well-organised so that families can relax and enjoy the afternoon together.

  • Fund extra resources for classrooms
  • Support school projects and experiences for the children
  • Create more events that bring our school community together

Thank you for supporting the Christmas Fair and helping us make this a really special event for the children.
