A Summer Tradition at Boldmere
The Boldmere PTA Summer Fair is one of our most popular community events, bringing together pupils, families, staff and supporters for an afternoon of fun, entertainment and fundraising.
Held towards the end of the school year, the Summer Fair is a fantastic opportunity for families to come together, enjoy a wide range of activities and celebrate everything that makes our school community special.
Every Summer Fair is different, but you can usually expect a mixture of games, inflatables, stalls, refreshments, entertainment and fundraising activities suitable for all ages.
What to Expect
Activities vary from year to year but may include:
- Inflatables
- Raffles
- Tombolas
- Games and challenges
- Lucky bags
- Sweet treats
- Ice creams and refreshments
- Hot food
- Licensed bar
- Community stalls
- Family entertainment

Supporting Our Schools
The Summer Fair is organised entirely by volunteers and raises valuable funds that help enhance school life across both Boldmere Infant and Junior Schools.
Funds raised help support projects, equipment and experiences that benefit children throughout the school year.
Volunteers Make It Possible
Events like the Summer Fair can only happen thanks to the support of parents, carers, staff and friends of the school.
Whether you can spare half an hour, help set up, run a stall or assist with packing away, every contribution makes a difference.
Many volunteer opportunities require only a small time commitment and can be shared between several people.
